The International Council for Traditions of Music and Dance endeavours to support everyone who wishes to become a member of the Council. Every year, the ICTMD Secretariat allocates a limited number of waived memberships, to be granted to individuals who cannot pay their dues due to unavoidable economical, financial, or other constraints. 

**Please be advised that we are very limited for waived memberships in 2026.**

ICTMD relies on membership to support our activities both in volunteer interest and financially through your fees. Our new membership fee structure offers very low cost memberships - with the lowest for students who can register for two years at 65€ (only 32.5€ a year).

If you still would like to apply for waived membership - please use this form to apply for the 2026 calendar year. Your application will be reviewed by the Secretary General, after which you will be notified of their decision via email. If you application is approved, you will enjoy the same benefits and responsibilities of regular ICTMD members.
